  • Notes are securely stored using Halaxy software, which complies with GDPR and ISO27001 standards.

  • For note-taking during consultations, we use Heidi, a secure and GDPR-compliant tool that enables us to focus on your care while documenting notes accurately.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental or guardian consent. If such data is inadvertently collected, it will be deleted promptly upon discovery.

 

Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential. We may contact your GP if we believe there is a serious concern about your safety. Clinical notes are stored securely and electronically.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  • Payment: A 20% payment is required to secure your booking for those paying for BACS. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee your appointment slot. The remaining balance is due 24 ours before your appointment via BACS. Alternatively full payment and booking can be made via our website,

  • Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% charge.

  • Missed Appointments: Charged at 100%.

  • Package Cancellations: Refunds for remaining appointments will be 50% of the current package price. Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled.

Insurance Providers

 If you are claiming via your insurance, please contact your insurance provider to find out their coverage. Please note that some insurance cost covers may only be enough to cover a 30-minute appointment as example, in this case Bloom Dietetics may recommend purchasing an additional 30-minute appointment which you may need to fund yourselves to ensure you receive a full assessment and the best possible service for your condition.
